Swindon are beatable – Hutchinson
By Adam Summers

Tuesday 14th September 2010

IAN Hutchinson has described Swindon Supermarine as “beatable” after his side landed a second qualifying round tie at the Wiltshire outfit in yesterday’s FA Cup draw.

The Terras drew with Super-marine 0-0 at the Bob Lucas Stadium last month in their opening home game in the Zamaretto Premier Division so another tough clash is in prospect on September 25, although Hutchinson fancies his side’s chances.

He said: “We have played Swindon Supermarine already in the league this season and they are beatable. Of course we would have preferred a home tie but we will go into the game very positive of getting a result.

“Any match on the road is tough but Dave Kiteley went and watched them at their place earlier in the season and apparently the playing surface there is very good.

“We know they like to try and get it down and play football like we do, so it promises to be a good game. We will just have to make sure that we go there and do another professional job again like we did at Taunton Town on Saturday.

“But first we have to fully focus on another tough game at home against league leaders Cambridge City this coming Saturday before we can think about anything else.”

Sam Clarke’s back injury will be assessed tonight at training. The central defender, who has only just returned from a foot problem, had to be substituted in the 2-1 victory at Taunton just after the interval.
